Commission Terms Of Service
★ I HAVE THE RIGHTS TO DECLINE YOUR COMMISSION AFTER RECEIVING YOUR NOTE.

★ ORDERING
1) Ordering a commission:
-I have the right to post my artwork anywhere I choose, unless the client asks me not to beforehand.
-I maintain all rights over my work and can use images for promotional and other purposes.
-You need to let me know what you want for the art, artist freedom is totally okay but I’ll ask for non-visual references (like personality, vibes, playlist and others).
-Be clear on your order;
-Don’t give incomplete or unclean references.
2) Non-visual references (for customs):
-Artist freedom is totally okay but I would like a little description of what you have in mind.
-Try to be detailed on the visual description.
-Might ask for color references, or vibe you want to present on the character.
3) Payment acceptance:
-Paypal, Artistree and Ko-fi are equally accepted.
Be sure to pay within the 24 hours after the invoice is sent, I’m willing to wait up to 2 days.
(I don’t start until payed, unless I ask for waiting for me to do the sketch first before paying)
★ PAYMENT
1)Payments with Paypal:
-Payments plans are accepted for orders over $100.
-Payments plans might be a little higher for the automatic country tax.
2) Refunds:
Refunds are done if I’m on the sketch or I’m the one cancelling your commission.
Once the piece is finished or the sketch got approved, a refund will not be given.
★ DEADLINES / WORK TIME
✦My usual time of work is between 9:00PM to 6:00AM in weekday but I can stay more/work on weekends or less time if I am sick or with inspiration, if you want updates I would appreciate sending a message only on weekday unless I message you or there is a deadline on the weekend.
1)Deadlines are usually not accepted but I do exceptions for the following reasons:
-Birthdays/Anniversaries.
-Holiday gifts.
-More (message me to ask)
2)WIPS/PREVIEWS:
-I’ll be sending WIPS in:
Sketch > Lineart> Coloring rough concept> Coloring> Background(if it have a background)> Final piece
but if you want something more in a specific time please let me know.
-Do not spam me with notes for a WIP everyday, but don’t be afraid to ask every week or if I say said I would give you a WIP and didn’t.
3)Time:
-Estimated time for a piece to be completed is around 1week-3months!
-I usually take a lot of time when doing a commission due being a slow artist, having irl stuff to do or even art block. So please be patient and be aware.
-Don’t spam me every day with questions about your orders, but you can ask for upgrades casually.
-You are entitled to ask for WIPs if your commission is taking too much.
★ REPOSTING
1)Reposting:
-You CAN post my art before I post on any social media
-Dont use the artwork commercially (unless discussed beforehand).
-Repost is accepted if given proper credit.
-Don’t make it look like you made the picture.
-Don’t put your own watermark over the image (toyhouse watermark is fine)
.2)Editing:
Editing the image is not accepted like tracing or other things (you can tell me if you have any question)
★ WHAT I CAN AND CAN’T DO
• Can:
Animals.
NON SEXUAL/ SUGESTIVE feral.
Pets!
Anthropomorphic creatures.
Humans/Humanoids.
Background.
Mecha

•Can’t:
Anything that may be harmful (racism, transphobia, homophobia, nazism, facism, pedo, zoo, others).

★ By adopting or ordering A CHARACTER/DESIGN made by me, you automatically agree to my Terms of Service.

★ RECEIVING AND MORE
1)Receiving:
-You will receive the .PNG files with and without the background in a full resolution by email, onedrive link or by toyhous.
-The files will only be given when full paid.
-I have the right to cancel and refund before the transition is completed if rules are broken or because of a harmful reason.
-Please, credit me if needed, my toyhouse is @zokhan and you can link any other of my social medias.
2)Open/Closed species:
-Owner may not create an open or closed specie with the design provided, but you can totally change the animal/creature of the character and creating a hybrid, I just do not want my design turning into a closed specie (like protogen, chimerion, vernid and others) unless it already is one.
-If the design is alredy part of a specie, please, do not claim the specie as your own.
3)More:
-I do not accept any kind of hateful, harmful or offensive (racism, transphobia, homophobia, nazism, facism, pedo, zoo, others) being made using my designs.
-If design are receiving an extra piece, it will have the same TOS as my COMMISSION TOS.
★ PAYMENT
1) Payment in general
-Currently accepting paypal, artistree and Ko-fi as a way for the payment.
-Payments plans are accepted for orders over $100 or when said so.
-If you need to back out of a auction before willing let me know! It’s much better than just ghosting me, so I can contact the other one with the higher bid.
2)Payments with Paypal:
-Payments are made by invoices or payment link.
-Payments must be done within 24 hours (can be discussed)
3) Refunds:
-Refunds are done if I’m the one cancelling your custom.
-For already won auctions, sold adopts or any other kind that is not a custom there is no refund if already paid any amount.
-Once the piece is finished or the sketch got approved, a refund will not be given.
★ REPOSTING AND EDITING
1)Reposting:
-Don’t use the artwork commercially (unless discussed beforehand or said you have commercial rights).
-I would appreciate you credit me as the creator of the design when you can.
-Don’t make it look like you made the art or design.
2)Editing:
-Editing the image is not accepted like tracing or other things(you can tell me if you have any question).
-You can edit the design if you want but I would like you ask first cause if it’s a simple edit I can totally do it for free since I’m used to save all files of it and have the right brush for linear
★ RESELLING, TRADING OR GIFTING
-You can not resell the character for more than you purchased (value excludes fees and tips), even if it’s a gift or received in a trade, and price can be only more if this includes more art than already given in first selling(this mean if you receive more art of the character when I’m selling you can’t claim it will be higher because it has more art than the reference).
-Remember to provide all versions of the character so you won’t be having the same character with little difference for you and selling the same design for someone.
★ ORDERING CUSTOMS
1) Ordering a design:
-I have the right to post my artwork anywhere I choose, unless the client asks me not to beforehand.
-I maintain all rights over my work and can use images for promotional and other purposes.
2) Description for your order
-I will ask what you want for the art, artist freedom is totally okay but I’ll ask for non-visual references (like personality and others), themes (like moodboard and others) or any kind of description about you have in mind so I can get what you wish!
-I may art some questions in general about the design so I can create something you really have in mind!
-Be clear on your order.
